The process has not changed from 2011.

Here is an overview of the 2012 reconciliation process which is discussed in more detail on the following pages.

Step 1: Ensure that you have downloaded the latest release of Easyfile (6.0) and Mirror Payroll (2012.c5).

Step 2: Check that employees logistical information is complete in Mirror.

Step 3: Perform Year end in Mirror Payroll and export file.

Step 4: Import file into Easyfile, complete declaration and submit.
